We may be able to price over the phone or via email, in order to do this we need all the relevant information, style, height, width, head height in garage and auto opener details.
Alterations to Garages
For repairs we need to see the job concerned to work out the pricing. Please call and arrange a time for a representative to call out and see you (see our Repairs and Maintenance page for information on parts).
Insurance Claims:
If you have approval from your insurance company we can bill directly, you just have to pay your excess at the time of the repair.
Trade Customers:
If you are a Trade Customer Builder or you wish to have a trade account, please contact us to open an account. Phone 03 347 8333 or enquire here. We will send you out the necessary paperwork and process your application.
Casual Clients:
If you have a repair that needs attending to or have a new Custom Made Garage door fitted, we have the following account terms
- Account terms for new doors are 7 days from date of installation with your account form filled in. Payment is required on completion of the job.
Terms and Conditions & Guarantees
We have a standard Terms and Conditions form for customers to complete. We comply with all Statutory and Government department's requirements and we offer a "Written Guarantee" on Doors and workmanship supplied.
